For the second consecutive year, we have achieved the prestigious Top Employer Italy 2025 certification, which is awarded by the renowned Top Employers Institute. This recognition confirms the quality of the HR policies implemented by Biofarma Group.
The certification process was conducted through a rigorous evaluation of six specific areas: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing. Current practices were assessed and measured and results have been benchmarked both nationally and internationally.
“We see this certification as a milestone rather than a medal for having reached the final destination. For this reason, active and engaged commitment is necessary at all levels of the organization, along with the ability to move in the same direction to become a solid and cohesive company, which grows by valuing its people,” commented Simone Romano, Chief HR and Transformation Officer.
For the first time, the certification program also included the French branches within our Group and will be extended to the United States in 2025, to accelerate and promote the harmonization of processes on a global scale.
