Biofarma Group further strengthens its international footprint with the addition of EmergoPharm, a Polish company headquartered in Warsaw, reinforcing its presence across Central and Eastern Europe.
Founded in 2009, EmergoPharm specialises in the development of food supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics for pharmaceutical companies and international players operating in the health and wellness sectors. The company operates across several European markets, as well as in the Americas and North Africa, bringing to the Group established expertise and capabilities that complement those already in place.
The acquisition further expands Biofarma Group’s capabilities in the field of medical devices and strengthens its integrated solutions offering, creating new opportunities for growth while enhancing regulatory efficiency and market access.
