Since 1989, the Fondazione Banco Alimentare ETS has been fighting food waste, restoring dignity and value to food and ensuring access to it for those most in need. Through a network that spans the entire national territory, Banco Alimentare transforms food surplus into tangible support for people in difficulty via its local partner organizations.
Biofarma has chosen to walk alongside the Foundation to strengthen the values of health, solidarity, and sustainability that guide its mission and identity as a business.
During the Christmas season, a solidarity initiative was launched, involving all the Group's Italian facilities and its key stakeholders in a special food drive. This marked the beginning of an authentic and participatory collaboration—a meaningful handshake capable of promoting and spreading genuine and shared values.
